    Unifonic and InspireU

Unifonic, a prominent communications platform and CPaaS provider in the Middle East, has announced a strategic partnership with InspireU from stc, the first corporate accelerator in Saudi Arabia, to empower and foster the growth of early-stage startups in the realms of fintech, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital games, Internet of Things, blockchain, and other promising domains. This partnership underscores Unifonic’s support of Saudi Arabia’s burgeoning startup ecosystem through sponsorship and investment in SaaS startups via an accelerator and a venture builder.

Ahmed Hamdan, CEO & Co-Founder of Unifonic, stated, “As a Saudi startup, we take pride in our roots and recognize the importance of giving back to our community. To do so, we will continue to support the new generation of passionate entrepreneurs by empowering an ecosystem that fosters innovation and encourages a steady stream of ideas. Our goal is to attract investment and pave the way for a sustainable future. We are honored to be part of the vibrant technology ecosystem in the MENA region and will continue to support startups, scale-ups, multinational companies, governments, and institutions in connecting people all over the world. Looking ahead, the most exciting part of our journey is the impact we can make. Our dream is to see a world where local champions lead the global tech industry.”

    A range of services

InspireU from stc is a significant business accelerator in Saudi Arabia that provides a range of services to emerging projects, including an intensive, high-quality training program delivered by experts and consultants from Silicon Valley. The accelerator also offers office space for entrepreneurs to promote their projects and participate in workshops, national and international exhibitions. Furthermore, it facilitates connections between these projects and the best investors and investment funds in the market.

As part of the partnership, Unifonic will integrate its solutions with InspireU’s platforms, enabling seamless communication with customers and facilitating ongoing engagement with their target audience throughout every transaction. Unifonic has been at the forefront of assisting numerous clients in implementing omnichannel customer experiences as part of their digital transformation, changing the way brands interact with their customers and exceeding expectations for seamless digital interactions. In 2022, Unifonic expanded its AI solution portfolio through the acquisition of Sestek’s AI-powered conversational suite, enabling the customer interaction platform to automate end-to-end personalized omnichannel customer experiences.

    Creating impact

With this partnership, Unifonic and InspireU from stc are poised to make a significant impact on the startup ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, providing support, resources, and expertise to early-stage startups.
